We are a small, fee-for-service clinic, meaning that we collect payment at the time of service (cash, credit card, Southern Cross Insurance). After each session upon request, we will email a receipt to our patients so those who are interested in reimbursement can independently submit it to their insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to the full appointment fee. If you have any concerns, please contact our clinic to discuss your situation.
